i am going to write my story on the relocation of the Edwardsville Gliks. I think this story will be very interesting given the fact that Edwardsville Gliks has been in its same location for over 50 years. As a GLik's employee, this story also means a lot to me and the people i work with. I will be interviewing the manager trainer for the Gliks company, an assistant manager, and a Glik's customer..

Kassi - I think this will work. It is a bit of a stretch for a preview, but technically you are previewing the store's move, which is an "event," so...it qualifies. Take advantage of any chance you have to broaden the appeal of this story beyond Glik's customers. Is the move related to the economy? Is it because of department stores like Kohl's that have moved into town? Is it difficult for family businesses to survive these days? Or not?
